This policy explains what information Jampacked Services LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have kept it in plain language on purpose.

The short version

We collect the details you type into our booking and contact forms so we can respond to your request. We do not sell your information. We use advertising and hosting services that collect some information about visits to this site, and you can opt out of the advertising part at any time.

Information you give us

When you submit the booking form or the contact form, we collect your name, your phone number, your email address, the service you need, your preferred date and time if you provide them, and anything you write in the message field.

This goes straight to our email inbox so we can call or write back, schedule the work, and keep a record of the job. We only ask for what we need in order to do the work.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, such as your approximate location, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site you came from. This keeps the website running, secure, and working properly.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

This site uses the Meta pixel, a tool from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells us how many people visit the site, tap our phone number, or send a request, and it lets us measure whether our ads are working and show ads to people who have visited before.

We also use a Meta feature called Automatic Advanced Matching. When you send a form, the pixel turns your email address and phone number into a scrambled code before sending it to Meta, which Meta uses to match the visit to an account. Your readable email address and phone number are not sent through the pixel.

You can limit this in several ways:

• Change what Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Ads
• Opt out of interest based ads at optout.aboutads.info
• Turn on your browser's tracking protection, or use a content blocker, which stops the pixel entirely

Services we rely on

We use a small number of outside services to run this website. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks
• Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email
• Meta provides the advertising pixel described above
• Google provides the fonts the site uses and the map on our contact page

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the services listed above, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests and related messages for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights in Texas

If you live in Texas, you have the right to ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you and get a copy of it, correct information that is wrong, delete information we hold about you, and stop using your information for targeted advertising.

To make a request, call (214) 451 7470 or use the contact form. We will respond within 45 days. If we turn your request down, you may appeal by contacting us again, and we will explain our reasoning in writing.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and what you send through our forms travels encrypted to our inbox. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
